Introduction to Focussed Mindfulness in Bangor and Yorkshire

 Focussed Mindfulness allows us to get a wiser perspective on our suffering and an understanding of how we can achieve a happier approach to life. Practised often, brief insights expand into longer periods of clarity and we find ourselves being more open, kind and cheerful with a stronger sense of self and our values.

The introductory days will include some theory, an experience of the core technique: the pain release process, and an exploration of how you can use it to support the healing process. there will also be a discussion about how it can support other healing modalities, in particular homeopathy.

There will be a chance to learn more about further training and how you can gain a licence to teach Focussed Mindfulness.

They will be small, interactive and supportive groups - maximum 10 people.
