Rest and Restore Retreat in Cornwall

THE REST AND RESTORE RETREAT: 27th April – 4th May 2017

£350. Balnace due on booking.

“By being conscious I can let life teach me what I need to learn and grow.”

Are you ready for some reflective time?

What is on Offer?

You will be held in an accepting, safe, nurturing, understanding and gently challenging (where needed!) community

You will have space to work on the 'stuff' that blocks you from better health, constructive relationships, freedom from grief & loss, feeling more relaxed and at peace with yourself & life.

You will have the option of joining meditations, relaxation sessions, music, quiet time, cooking and eating healthy vegetarian meals & being part of a like-minded community. There will be plenty of time for cliff-top walks, photography and visits to local attractions such as Port Isaac.

You can arrange one to ones with the experienced practitioners who will be joining us on retreat.

Testimonials From our Last Cornish Retreat

“An unforgettable experience. It has helped me to see that I'm not just mum, wife, carer, worker. I'm also me and I need to nurture me as well as everyone else.”

“It was wonderfully subtle. I felt very safe. Sensitive awareness of variety of needs and changing moods.”

“A wonderful opportunity to take time, to rest in spacious surroundings, clear stuff as it arose. Thank you Clare for organising and making all this available.”

“Together we lived as a large, loving family might, caring, sharing, cooking together whilst respecting, supporting and accepting each other for who we are, where we were in our lives and what we individually needed and were able to offer.”

“Definitely value for money. Would definitely love to do this again in the future. I liked the morning meditations and flexibility of retreat.”

Our retreat centre: Trefreok

“Excellent. Everything seemed to be of good quality (the kitchen tools, beds, etc). Very comfortable. The house was large enough that people were able to either mingle or be alone as they felt they wanted to be.”

“Fantastic! Beautiful house. Characterful and yet comfortable and cosy. Lots of space, amazing array of pots and pans, serving dishes and crockery. Really well equipped for a big group. In a most gorgeous setting with beautiful outside space to relax and sit. Loved the table-tennis too!”
