Release your past... create your future...

We may be living successful lives and yet feel somehow unfulfilled, or we may be experiencing physical, psychological or spiritual blocks making us feel frustrated and stuck.

What if this stuck-ness or sense of something missing was the result of repeating certain thoughts and behaviours over and over again, until eventually we fear that there may be no other way to go through life? I know this because I have been there myself.

If you want more out of life, there is a way...

There is a way that you can access and let go of the blocks that hinder you so that you will experience a new state of being; less stressed, expanded, creative, whole. All the answers are within you and all you need is your willingness to learn who you truly are and can be, along with some keys to access those answers.

How I can support you

The beauty of the work is its versatility as it can address physical, psychological or spiritual blocks. I can offer tailor-made sessions facilitating issues such as grief, frustration, low self-esteem, anger, and depression as well as the fears and choices which serious illness such as cancer bring with them, as well as helping clients to find a meaningful sense of purpose in their lives and the courage and faith in themselves they need to make the life changing decisions they long for.

About me

When my life circumstances changed many years ago and I was first made redundant from my role as a Senior HR Administration Manager in a large Facilities Management company, I experienced a huge sense of loss and identity along with fear and anxiety about the future. It opened up enormous questions about me, my life and my career. I knew then that I wanted things to change and that I wanted a more fulfilling life. However, I more or less ignored the signs and began working again in the same line of work because it felt familiar. The Universe seemed to have other ideas for me and when I was made redundant again a couple of years later, I saw this as an opportunity to create the life I really wanted.

I have trained as a Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher and learnt Focussed Mindfulness with Absolute Specialists both of which have been of great benefit to me in my own personal development. I found this simple set of tools for life which appeared to be the missing piece from my life and seems to integrate everything I have studied, practiced and received over the years. I am much more relaxed and now have an openness, confidence and enthusiasm for life and I now try to live my life 'in the moment' and stay present to 'whatever is here now'.

Through all these changes, I have brought my understanding of the value of mindfulness - the ability to be fully present in each and every moment of our lives - to my teaching and coaching. I continue to deepen my understanding of the practices by attending yearly retreats, training courses and I work under regular Supervision.

What I can offer

  • Focussed mindfulness guidance - You can bring to the session any life issue where you would like to experience change, including feeling blocked, emotional distress, a longing to move forward with your life, greater connection. You will not need to give details about your life situation. You can expect to feel deeply understood in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
  • Mindfulness coaching - Some clients are more interested in developing their own mindfulness practice. In these sessions, we meditate together and I can suggest ways of incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life. Some of the themes that we may explore include; acceptance, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, letting go, trust, patience.
  • Classes - I also offer 8 week Breathworks Mindfulness for Health (MfH) and Mindfulness for Stress (MfS) courses from time to time - please check with me when the next classes will run.
